Bellaire
Located in Southwest Houston, Bellaire is a little town, located in a big, big city. From its town square to the remnants of the towns original trolley line, this neighborhood is beyond quaint. Known as the “City of Homes”, the area is primarily a residential neighborhood. Starting in the mid 90s, this area has been going through a new construction boom. Professionals working in the Galleria and the Texas Medical Center have flocked to this area and torn down the small, old homes located on nice sized lots and built new homes in their place. They also came for the schools and have helped to make Bellaire High School one of the best High Schools in the city. Homes start at about $500K, but rise into the millions.
