Briargrove
Established in the 1950s, Briargrove is one of the more family and kid friendly areas of neartown Houston. Well established and close to great Houston landmark’s like the Houston Galleria, Briargrove has managed to maintain its values very well over the years.
The neighborhood is made up of just over 900 homes. Most of the original construction in the neighborhood comprise of one story, single family ranch-style homes. In recent years, there has been some uptick in new construction. However, the majority of the neighborhood still comprises its original charm and cohesion.
